Use business information
Company names, phone numbers, websites, addresses, and descriptions should represent the licensed security business, not a personal profile.
Directory standards
These starter guidelines explain how we review company profile updates and keep the directory useful for buyers, officers, and security companies.
Company names, phone numbers, websites, addresses, and descriptions should represent the licensed security business, not a personal profile.
Descriptions should explain actual services, coverage areas, and capabilities. Avoid unverified claims, copied website boilerplate, or misleading language.
Service tags should match services the company actually offers. Admins may remove tags that are unsupported, too broad, or unrelated.
PPO license information should match public licensing records. Expired, suspended, or out-of-scope records may be hidden or flagged.
Uploaded logos should be owned by the company or submitted by an authorized representative. Avoid unrelated stock imagery or competitor marks.
Most public profile changes are reviewed before publishing. This protects claimed listings and keeps the directory consistent.
